    🔁 7-Day Return Policy

    You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

    • Product is damaged or defective
    • You received the wrong item
    • Product is unused and in original condition

    To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order details.


    📦 Return Conditions

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Product must be unused and in original condition
    • All accessories and parts must be included
    • Product should be returned in original packaging
    • Clear photos/videos may be required for verification

    ZUFLER reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


    🚚 Return Process

    1. Contact our support team within 7 days
    2. Share order details + issue (photos/video if required)
    3. Our team will approve and guide the return
    4. Customer needs to ship the product back to our warehouse
    5. The return address will be provided by our team after you contact us

    💰 Refund Policy

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method with in 5-7 working days

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


    ❌ Non-Returnable Cases

    Returns will NOT be accepted if:

    • Product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
    • Missing parts, accessories, or packaging
    • Return requested after 7 days of delivery
    • Minor issues like slight wrinkles in plastic or fabric (normal due to product nature)


    ⚠️ Important Notes

    • Installation-related issues are not considered defects (we provide full guidance)
    • Slight variation in product appearance due to lighting or handling is normal
    • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges


    🔄 Replacement Policy

    If your product is damaged or defective:

    • We will offer a replacement at no extra cost
    • Subject to verification through photos/video.

    Replaced product will be delivered with in 1-2 days after return product received and approved for replacement
